As restaurant restrictions are lifted we are opening our doors to guests to come back and enjoy our incredible food and beverages at amazing prices. We would like to thank you for your patience during these times and taking advantage of our take out menu until we are able to open again.
The health and safety of our guests remains our top priority and to ensure we protect you, our staff, and the community, we have implemented enhanced measures along with public health regulations to keep you safe.
During your visit to Chuck’s Roadhouse you will notice the following changes as we are committed to providing you with a safe and comfortable dining experience:
- Hand sanitizer available for guest use.
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting on high touch surfaces.
- Increased hand washing frequency.
- All guests will be asked to maintain a safe distance apart from one another (2 metres).
- All guest table surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected after every use.
- Guests will be provided with single use menus; online menu will also be available.
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting of washrooms.
- All employees will be wearing masks at all times.
- Increased hygiene protocols within the restaurant by all employees.
- Pre-screening of employees prior to every shift. Any employee who exhibits signs of illness will be asked to return home.
